No, theres no way, because it is a flash player file... except... If you are able to get one of those origrams that records your desktop, and you watch a video on youtube, it can do it that way. OR, if it is a popular video, you can look it up on google video, and it has to be a video hosted by google, and you will see something that says download, and you can download it there.
oh yes. go to www,vixy.net then open a whole new internet explorer, get the video up, keep it on, copy and past the link to the bar on vixy, then convert it to mp4. then go to itunes, click file then click import, then find the file you download it and it will sync into itunes.
