just bought 2009 kaspersky internet security, it tells me that databases are corrupted and you need to update to solve the problem, i update but it gets stuck at 99%, how can i fix it
me too have the same problem some times.You just reinstall or rollkaspersky internet security 2009back to ur previous update or wait for few minutes or else do manual update...mannual update and rollback options worked for me!
slow or disconnected internet may also be the problem.
Create a free account with Kaspersky forum so they can helpkaspersky internet security 2009.
Their probably going to want you to creat a GSI report so they can see if any thing on your Computer may be conflicting with Kaspersky.
Check with Kaspersky support
i re-installation might help. maybe a file is corrupted?
