I would prefer it if there were any apps for the ipod touch that let you download free music. Are there any limewire apps?

No, there are no apps for this, if your iPod is jailbroken then you can download an app in Cydia called "dTunes" and download music from that.
i wish there were... but there arent... i tried becuz i also use limewire and tried that. sorry
